Staff Profiles

Chad Greenberg

Chad brings more than 25 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry. He has dedicated much of his career to working in the tax planning, consulting, and preparation fields where he specialized in helping individuals and privately held businesses find optimal tax and financial outcomes.  In addition, Chad brings a wealth of experience working in private industry.  Having held such key roles as co-founder, CFO, controller, and managing director of multiple successful early stage and startup companies, Chad brings to his clients a unique vantage point having previously navigated many of the regulatory, tax, accounting, reporting, and financial challenges his clients are facing in their businesses.

Chad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), former Registered Investment Advisor, as well as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) – a certification awarded by the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants to those CPAs who specialize in financial services. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He lives in Parker with his wife and their three children. In his spare time, he enjoys cruising the open seas with his family, cycling, and fly fishing.

Donna McLaughlin

Donna has spent her entire professional career in the accounting services industry serving as Full Charge Bookkeeper for as many as 30 companies at a time.  She brings to the team nearly 24 years of experience servicing clients across all facets of accounting and bookkeeping services.  Her bookkeeping expertise includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and payroll taxes, workers comp reporting, balancing the general ledger, bank reconciliations, sales and use tax reporting, and other general accounting services.

Donna is certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is an expert in both the desktop and online versions of the software.  Her software expertise also includes Microsoft Office Suite, CFS Payroll, Oracle, and various tax software systems.  Donna is a graduate of the Accounting Skills program from Pacific Coast College and focused in accounting during her time at Aurora Community College.  She served in the United States Army for six years and is a Persian Gulf War Veteran.
